The Mypashmina swatchbook has 100 colours in 5cm square pieces of b-grade 70% cashmere/ 30% silk. The swatches are for the colour and not for the feel.

You can borrow it for as long as you like. Just pay the deposit and when you return it, we will refund you in full.

You can have most of our products made in any colour in the swatchbook, and if you want to send us a sample to match we can do that too.

    An excellent idea to have a swatch book available. I ordered a pashmina after receiving the swatch book and it arrived very promptly. The colour I ordered was exactly as the swatch sample – which was essential. I highly recommend using the swatch book to ensure that your pashmina is precisely the colour required.

    Great to be able to have swatch book to choose from as it’s always difficult to tell colours accurately from a website. Would like to see larger swatches but would make book bigger and heavier. Great idea to note the Pantone Numbers. Subsequently ordered a beautiful gloxinia pashmina, which was true to colour and I am over the moon with! Prompt and efficient delivery much appreciated. I will be shopping with you again!

    Received the swatch book over a week ago and then having matched my outfit for a wedding ordered a pashmina on Thursday 19 April. Today, exactly 1 week later, I received a code for 20% off an order as thanks for buying the Swatch book. What a shame you couldn’t have given me the code before I ordered!!! Consequently I have not given you a 5 * rating.

    Definitely worth getting the swatch book as the colours do look different in real life. I’ve matched my pashmina to my dress for a wedding having previously ordered a colour which didn’t quite work! Also appreciated very quick service.

    Just to let people know, although it says above that “if you want to send us a sample to match, we can do that too”, this is not the case. I ordered the swatch book and when none of the colours matched the one I needed for a wedding, I asked how to send my own swatch to them to make a bespoke pashmina in that colour, as it says you can do on the website. I was told this was not possible, and when I pointed out that they are falsely advertising this service, they said it wasn’t false at all. So be aware – if you’re trying to order a custom colour, they don’t actually do it!

      Yes, we can colour match. You can send the sample to our UK warehouse address @ Heavenly Valley Farm. We then send the sample to Nepal. I am sorry that the person who replied to you made a mistake on this occasion. This service has been so rarely requested in the last couple of years. It does add an extra 2-3 weeks on to your order delivery time, but it certainly is possible.

    I too ordered the swatch book, bought a pashmina in the required colour and only after the product arrived did I receive a 20% discount code for ordering the swatch book! But in all other respects the service is excellent as is the quality of the pashmina, the colour of which exactly matches the swatch.

    I ordered the swatchbook and discovered that I’d been sent the wrong colour in my original pashmina order. It was supposed to be teal but Parisian Blue is the closest match. I had to pay £16 for a swatchbook to find that out. I won’t buy from them again.

    The swatch book purchase and return was fine. However, when my wife ordered two pashminas, although the money was taken and we were given an order number there was no confirmation e-mail. We have tried to chase this, the phone remains unanswered and the e-mails are ignored – I have zero confidence in the company.

    The swatch book arrived really quickly and took all the guesswork out of matching the dress it needed to go with. It was really helpful to see the pieces of fabric rather than on a page. I chose a contrasting shade in the end rather than a near miss and I’m delighted with it. Lovely quality, it feels light but warm, which is what I needed.

    I’m really pleased that I ordered the swatch book as it would be very hard to choose the right colour without it. I’m still debating which colours to go for but I will be placing an order for one pashmina and hope to buy a second, depending on how the first goes. I shall probably start with the natural white ( although that does seem very safe) as I lost my cream pashmina a while ago. Hoping this turns out as ivory as it looks in the swatch!
    My only disappointment is, I can’t find a good pink for my skin tone. They mostly seem to be more on the ‘cool’ side. However, if my first order is good, then I might have a custom colour one made – especially as it’s the same price!

    I bought the swatch book to be able to colour match to specific outfits. It arrived really quickly and is so much better than trying to guess colours from pics on my phone.

      I saw your comments and checked. Your order was placed on Tuesday at 12:26pm. We took it to the post office that afternoon, and sent it 1st class. It should have been with you the following day with that service. It’s not guranteed. I checked the latest stats and it looks like 86% were delivered on the next day for the last quarter for Royalmail. Sorry that it took until Friday !

    The swatches are invaluable for discerning colours in different lights and against different fabrics, something which can’t be done on an ordinary computer screen. Delivery was excellent. I also like the suggestion on your website that a pashmina can be ordered to a specific design e.g. any Pantone colour.

    This is where I do have a complaint. After receiving the swatch book, I wanted to make an enquiry about the possibility of weaving a different-coloured border. I tried both of your email addresses more than once but they were returned as undeliverable. Twice I called the official phone number, to get an undecipherable recorded message in a foreign language. I called the mobile number too, with no result. This is bad customer service.

    I’ve been purchasing pashminas and gloves/mittens from MyPashmina for well in excess of a decade and I have only just bought a swatch book. Why did it take so long? Life would have been so much simpler If I had had it to hand earlier. I seriously recommend that everyone buys one as it is worth it’s weight in gold. I have already told the other half what colour pashmina he is buying me for my April birthday! (I missed out on Christmas as he has already shopped for it!). Seriously, I heartily recommend buying it as there is nothing quite like seeing the colours in the cloth for yourself.

    The pashmina was lovely quality, not heavy and ideal to accessorise an outfit. Unfortunately the colour was wrong. I requested a swatch, which arrived very quickly and was able to choose the correct colour. As I am still waiting for a refund, I am unable to order the replacement until I receive it. Lovely product.
