    As usual the products are lovely and very good quality.
    The service,however,was very poor.
    I paid for special delivery which should have come in 24 hours.After 3 days it had not arrived so I rang the customer service line and left a message,asking for a call back.I did not receive a call.The invoice had a tracking number which I tried,but could not get an answer.

    Another couple of days and I received a card from Royal Mail to say that they were holding a parcel for me.It transpired that the pashminas had been sent out without any postage on the parcel,so I had to pay a further £3.50 before they would deliver.

    All businesses make mistakes.It is the way that they make good those mistakes that sorts the good businesses from the bad.In this case,the goods were not delivered on time,there was no contact to resolve it and I have had to pay twice for delivery.This is pretty shabby service all round and I trust you will address my complaint.
