      We are having some delays due to governments getting in the way of the shipping companies in the name of Brexit and Covid.

    this time the item never arrived and it seems you dont track the postage so I am left £99 less well off and your customer service is disinterested. I would pay postage if I had known – free postage was not an incentive to buy

      Order was placed at 2pm on 1st December. Order shipped with 1st class post as ordered. This is the free service. It is not trackable, but many prefer it as it means the postman can post it through a letterbox, so you don’t have to wait home or go and collect it later. When you contact us, Ada replied straight away to say please allow a few extra days before we send a replacement or refund as it is not trackable. At no point were you at risk of losing your £99 or being left without your pashmina. Sorry if you ever felt this was a risk due to anything we said or wrote to you.
