Beautiful rich colour and lovely soft fabric. Like this size as can wear as a shawl or tied as a scarf. Very quick delivery, would highly recommend, can’t decide which colour to get next!!

I received the pashmina I ordered and it is beautiful. I would happily order more colours in future. However, I am not impressed with their after sales service. I had ordered the swatch book and returned it as soon as I had made my decision. Two or three weeks later I still hadn’t received the refund for the swatch book and had to e-mail to remind them. Also when I ordered the swatch book I chose the wrong delivery because I clicked too quickly. (I wanted the free delivery option but unfortunately the express/expensive delivery option seems to be set as default unlike with other companies where the free delivery option tends to be the first one). So I e-mailed immediately to tell them that I didn’t need the express delivery and was told that they’d send the swatch book by normal post and would refund me the postage cost (I think £7.50?) as the order had already gone through. As the refund for the postage didn’t arrive, I e-mailed but never got a reply or the postage cost refunded as promised. So, although I am happy with the product, I am not sure whether I’d use the company again as I am disappointed with their service.
