I was very unhappy with this stole. The colour is murky and it’s not as soft as the pashminas I’ve ordered from this site before. I wanted to return it but did not when I saw that they only refund 80% of the cost AND I would have had to pay postage. My advice is to avoid this company until they adopt returns policies comparable to other online shops.

Hello. I am am sorry, but I think you have mis-understood our returns policy. It is only the items which have been especially made to order where we do not offer a full refund. FOr all stock items we offer a full refund, and if there is anything wrong with the item, we will cover your postage costs as well.

The colour is lovely, but I was disappointed that the pashmina looks creased as soon as I wear it. I was hoping for a 100% pashmina for this not to happen, so I would not order this again.

Please wash it once, (machine wool, 20c, dry flat) and if it doesn’t solve the creasing problem, then let us know and we will refund or replace it for you.
