   Hello, Unfortunately I returned the pashmina as the colour was not at all like on screen. It was more red than orange.
   Also the beaded tassels were not orange.
   I also thought the packaging was poor for such a luxury and considered purchase.
   I was disappointed as the pashmina was for a family wedding.
   Your service however is very good, and had the colour been correct I would have kept the item.

     Thanks very much for the feedback.
     You are right. The picture is looking more like Harvest Pumpkin than Spicy Orange. I will fix it right now. Especially the tassels. Sorry for the website error.
     Regarding the packaging, we recently changed from plastic with bubble packaging to recyclable strong cardboard. It is easier to dispose of as it can be put in the paper recycling now. Also it is more environmentally friendly. We are really focused on the product rather than the packaging, so long as the packaging servers it’s job of protecting the item in transit.
