Thanks very much for your feedback. I am sorry that this item was not up to the standard it should be. The half price offer is because we are clearing items to make way for new colours next season, nothing to do with any quality issues. Could we send a courier to collect this from you. I would really like to inspect it. Or, you are welcome to use it and wash it and see if that fixes the problem. We will still refund you if you want to return it after that.

Sadly I agree with Annette Butterworth – the quality is not good. I have 4 of these hoodies and the best one is the tan coloured one…..it is soooo soft. It’s a shame the black one feels like normal wool, NOT like pure cashmere.

Thanks for the feedback. These are definitely 100% cashmere. We regularly test for purity and quality with SGS. I just published a recent test result on our blog – HERE. As I said to Annette Butterworth, you are welcome to use it and wash it and see if that fixes the problem with the feel of the item. If it does not, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. I have bought scarfs in the past from MyPashmina which I was very pleased with, so no surprise with this hoodie. Delivery is superb, so quick . Hoodie is lovely, looks good on and the size is true. I ordered mine to use primarily for wearing going to and from the gym instead of a fleece, it works for me. Re above comments, I did have to wash mine first but don’t use biological powder. It is very thin ply but that does work for this style. Real test is how long it lasts!
