    I have ordered many of these scarfs in the last 5 or more years. The quality is excellent. And even though delivery took much longer than usual it was well worth waiting for. I recommmend buying a swatchbook before choosing the colour.

We should have kept you better informed, which is exactly why last week we implemented a weekly update system for customers of bespoke items.

    My second pashmina from this company and as with my first, I absolutely LOVE it. Beautiful quality, drapes wonderfully and the colour is just as I hoped. I’m really pleased with the swatch book (such a great idea!) which I’m going to keep… I can see I’ll want to buy more from Mypashmina in the future. This time my pashmina was bespoke (with a hemmed finish) and if I have a small reservation (but I’m still giving 5 stars) it’s that the stitching is slightly off true at the beginning and end of the hems. This is intended more as constructive criticism than a complaint; it is a LOVELY pashmina. Thank you!

    everything is fine: size, feel, delivery speed, except for the colour, as it does not exactly match the image. I think I would need the swatchbook the next time, but I guess lending it to me as a customer in Germany would be a bit complicated, or should I buy it? Fantastic customer service!

    This is my third bespoke pashmina from this company, but first classic one. I’ve ordered biggest size in clematis blue. It’s absolutely gorgeous,the softness, lightness, subtle sheen and most beautiful drape of this shawl made me quite a center of attention. Color is perfect for my skin tone(pale and cool undertones) and goes with pretty much everything On side note I have purchased it together with a jumper for my son and was very surprised to get the jumper delivery in a week at no extra cost (and we are talking New Zealand). Pashmina took about 6 weeks which is what I expected, again delivered with no extra charges,not many companies would do that.

I ordered the swatch book so that I had a true idea of the colour before ordering because I had ordered colours from stock but the colours I had chosen didn’t go with my outfit. No problem with returns and Ada was very helpful. I was kept informed of progress and it arrived in the quoted timescale. I have had about six pashminas from MyPashmina in the past and have always been delighted.

    I love the 70/30 blend for year-round wear. The knit is lightweight but tight, with a silky hand, weighty drape, and a subtle sheen. Since I first heard about MyPashmina in 2013, I have purchased many colors in varying sizes: Blue Mist, Carmine, Chateau Rose, Folkstone Grey, Green Gables, Heron, Lilac Sachet, Nightshadow Blue, North Sea, Paloma, Purple Haze, Rhododendron, and Verdant Green.

    The 30x150cm size makes for a good “tucker” into a coat. The 45x200cm (my favorite size) is long enough to loop through the ends and have it hang down my torso.

    Despite almost constant wear (even to bed on cold winter nights), each looks as good as the day it arrived. Cashmere naturally repels dirt, but if I need to wash one, I put it in a lingerie bag and run it through a cool-water wash on the soak/handwash cycle. I skip the agitation, let it rinse and spin, and reshape and dry flat. Good as new. No pilling, and pet hair shakes right off (cats have been known to cuddle up on a pile of folded scarves)

    The hardest part is waiting up to 6 weeks for bespoke items to arrive, but it is worth it. I highly recommend purchasing the swatch book to avoid color mistakes. And to anticipate the next purchase!

    I am now waiting for two 100% cashmere shawls to be made for me.

    I ordered my scarf in Clematis on 24th September (it was a bespoke order as I wanted an open fringe). It arrived on 21st November. The scarf is absolutely beautiful and a gorgeous colour – I have had a My Pashmina scarf in another colour for ages so I am sure it will wear beautifully. The only negative is the wait. I have noticed My Pashmina seems to keep fewer items in stock than it used to and whilst it was stated delivery would take 3-6 weeks with a ‘best estimate’ of 3.5 weeks, it in fact took nearer 8 weeks. It was a lovely surprise when it arrived as I had rather given up on it.

    It would be great if My Pashmina could find a way to reduce this wait time, or at least quote the time taken more accurately. It would also be amazing to see some open weave scarves kept in stock. I would definitely like to order more scarves in the future but the wait time is a bit off-putting (for example I know I cannot order a scarf as a Christmas present now and expect it to arrive in time).

    Five stars for an absolutely beautiful scarf and amazing quality and colour (ginger bread). It’s SO soft and comfortable to wear and keeps my shoulders nice and warm. However, three stars for the service. It took much longer than the stated time to arrive and I didn’t receive any of the promised weekly updates. It was only when I chased it up that I got (very polite and helpful) replies saying, first of all, that it would be with me within the stated six weeks, then after another chase, that there was a delay. After that I was kept in the loop. I understand that these things can be delayed and luckily I had allowed plenty of time from ordering. All in all, it was worth the wait.

      The weekly updates are semi automatic.. i.e. we adjust them when we get a more accurate schedule, but they are sent automatically if the schedule doesn’t change.

      Hopefully I can fix this so no one else has the same issue.

    The wool used is to coarse. Obviously not pashmina wool as it clearly states it is made from Cashmere wool. So the title is misleading to start with. But cashmere can be fine, problem is this wasn’t. I only opened the corner and slipped my hand inside to check the quality. Definitely to coarse for me. So very overpriced. I don’t mind paying for quality but this is a long way off the mark.

    The colour was a very different shade of red to the one I ordered (I have previously purchased one of MyPashmina’s colour swatches). I was very ill at the time of purchase and just couldn’t sort the process of returning it and so I’ve kept this one as it will go with something else. However, I still need one in the Rio Red in my swatch book but will have to wait to afford it.

Such a rich, warm, beautiful colour, and I already know that the quality is wonderful as I’m a returning customer. I have had many pashminas from ‘Mypashmina’ over the years. They really do last and keep their good looks, colour and texture. This has been a popular size for my daughters as it can be worn in so many ways. They have been worn for weddings and on blustery beaches, city and countryside and they always look great.     Beautiful pashmina as expected – must be the 6th I’ve purchased over the years. Unfortunately communication was again very poor. I was aware it might take 6 weeks to arrive but when this date passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, I emailed to ask on an expected delivery date and got no reply. Just a courtesy email to update on progress or even to let customers know their product is being worked on still (and reassure that their money hasn’t disappeared – particularly for a first time customer) would elevate your customer service so much. A quick change that would make so much difference.
