I received this order 55184 promptly, in time for my wife’s birthday thanks, but I keep getting emails telling me about the time needed to make and send a bespoke item, which I find confusing! I have checked I have not been charged twice, and it is the same order number, so could you sort this out for me, please?

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like about 20 people were receiving the wrong emails about bespoke orders, so thanks for alerting us to that problem. You were not charged twice, someone had accidentally clicked an adjacent status on a dropdown list which triggered regular updates about a bespoke order.
