   This was bought for me after one of mine was stolen. It is a beautiful colour but much thinner than my others. This may be due to the ratios of cashmere to silk. I am very happy with it

     Thanks for the feedback. It’s depressing how often we hear of stolen pashminas!

     It is possible to make a thicker pashmina shawl with 3ply or 4ply yarn. The pashminas that are cashmere and silk are slightly thicker than the ones that are pure cashmere. Silk is a thicker fibre than cashmere.
